3. Replacement Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement item. Replacement is subject to product availability.

4. Condition of Item
Items must be unused and in their original condition (as received) for any claim to be considered.

5. Shipping for Replacements
Replacement shipping arrangements will be advised upon approval of the claim. Additional charges may apply depending on the situation.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, all food products are non-returnable unless there is a valid issue as stated above.
